A delicious recipe for Irish Cream Liqueur #2, with eggs, evaporated milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, coffee, sugar and Irish whiskey. This Coffee drink can be found in coffee / tea.

What you'll need

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups Irish whiskey



How to make it

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week befor serving. this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks. Store in a refrigerator. Liqueur at room temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
