Morning Glory Fizz
A delicious recipe for Morning Glory Fizz, with Scotch whisky, lemon juice, caster sugar, egg, Angostura® bitters and soda water. Ideally served in a collins glass. This Long drink can be found in cocktails.
What you'll need
- 2 oz Scotch whisky
- 1 1/3 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1/4 oz egg white
- 1 dash Angostura® bitters
- 4 oz soda water
How to make it
Add scotch, lemon juice, sugar, egg and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a collins glass half-filled with ice. Add the soda water, and serve with a slice of orange and a muddler.
