• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp sugar syrup
• 4 oz soda

How to make it

Shake lemon juice, egg yolk and sugar syrup over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes, and carefully fill with water or soda.
