A delicious recipe for Pousse Cafe a la Francaise, with Green Chartreuse®, maraschino liqueur, cherry brandy and Kummel® caraway liqueur. Ideally served in a pousse cafe glass. This Short drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need

• 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
• 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
• 1/2 oz cherry brandy
• 1/2 oz Kummel® caraway liqueur

How to make it

Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass. Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon. Do the same with the cherry brandy, and then again with the kummel. Serve.
