Stout Sangaree

A delicious recipe for Stout Sangaree, with ruby port, stout, superfine sugar, water, nutmeg and cinnamon. Ideally served in a beer mug. This ruby port drink can be found in beer / ale.
What you'll need
- 1 oz ruby port
- 12 oz stout
- 2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 tsp water
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
How to make it
Dissolve the sugar in the water in the bottom of a beer mug. Carefully pour the stout to give a half-inch head. Float the port on top. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve.
