What you'll need

• 2 oz apple brandy
• juice of 1/2 lemons
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• 1 egg white
• carbonated water
• ice

How to make it

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
