Chocolate Banana Sherbet

A delicious recipe for Chocolate Banana Sherbet, with swiss chocolate almond liqueur, bananas, yoghurt, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla. Ideally served in a wine goblet. This Short drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need
- 4 tsp swiss chocolate almond liqueur
- 1 cup ripe, mashed bananas
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
How to make it
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and freeze overnight. Before serving, break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth with 2 tbsp. of cold water. Serve with a spoon in a frosted goblet, and serve.
