A delicious recipe for Cognac Coupling, with cognac, tawny port, Pernod® licorice liqueur, Peychaud® bitters and lemon juice. Ideally served in a old-fashioned glass. This Short drink can be found in cocktails.
What you'll need
- 2 oz cognac
- 1 oz tawny port
- 1/2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
- 3 dashes Peychaud® bitters
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
How to make it
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashined glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes, and serve.
