A delicious recipe for Cutty Collins, with Cutty Sark® Scotch whisky, lemon juice, sugar and club soda. Ideally served in a highball glass. This Long drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need

• 2 oz Cutty Sark® Scotch whisky
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 3 oz club soda

How to make it

Combine the Cutty Sark whisky, lemon juice and sugar in a highball glass filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Fill with club soda, and stir again briefly. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.
