Healthy Eggnog

A delicious recipe for Healthy Eggnog, with egg substitute, sugar, evaporated skimmed milk, skimmed milk, vanilla and rum. Ideally served in a cocktail glass. This Short drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 oz evaporated skimmed milk
- 3/4 oz skimmed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 oz rum
How to make it
Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill overnight. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 4-6.
