Fraises Fizz
A delicious recipe for Fraises Fizz, with gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda water. Ideally served in a highball glass. This Long drink can be found in cocktails.
What you'll need
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 oz strawberry liqueur
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
- soda water
How to make it
Combine the gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Add soda water, and garnish with a strawberry and a twist of lemon peel.
