A delicious recipe for French Foam, with brandy, Kirschwasser® cherry brandy, sugar syrup, Angostura® bitters and dry sparkling wine. Ideally served in a highball glass. This Long drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need

• 1/2 oz brandy
• 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
• 1 1/2 oz sugar syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura® bitters
• 7 oz dry sparkling wine

How to make it

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass. Add a dusting of lemon or orange sherbet on top, and serve.
