A delicious recipe for Cordial Cooler, with Bacardi® white rum, rock melon, pineapple, sugar and orange squash. Ideally served in a highball glass. This Long drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need

• 1 1/2 oz Bacardi® white rum
• 3 rock melon chunk
• 3 pineapple chunk
• 1 tbsp sugar
• orange squash

How to make it

Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass. Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes. Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio).
