A delicious recipe for Lonely Night, with coffee liqueur, Irish cream, hazelnut liqueur, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Ideally served in a parfait glass. This Long drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need

• 3/4 oz coffee liqueur
• 1 1/4 oz Irish cream
• 1 1/4 oz hazelnut liqueur
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 oz whipped cream

How to make it

Add the coffee liqueur, irish cream, hazelnut liqueur and vanilla ice cream to a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings, and serve.
