A delicious recipe for Maraschino Collins, with vodka, maraschino cherry juice, lemon juice and club soda. Ideally served in a highball glass. This Long drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1 1/2 oz sweetened maraschino cherry juice
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz club soda

How to make it

Pour the vodka, fresh lemon juice and sweetened maraschino juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a tall glass (12-16 oz) half-filled with crushed ice. Fill with club soda. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry. Add a teaspoon of sugar optional. Serve.
