A delicious recipe for Midnight Sun, with Finlandia® vodka, Cointreau® orange liqueur, apricot brandy, grenadine syrup and lemon juice. Ideally served in a champagne saucer. This Short drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need

• 2 oz Finlandia® vodka
• 1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
• 1 oz apricot brandy
• 1 oz grenadine syrup
• 1/2 oz lemon juice

How to make it

Pour the vodka, Cointreau, apricot brandy, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a champagne saucer or small wine glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
