What you'll need

• 1 oz vodka
• 2 oz pureed peaches
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 splash peach schnapps
• 1 splash chilled Champagne

How to make it

Pour all ingredients over some crushed ice in a champagne flute. Stir gently, and serve.
