A delicious recipe for Passion Cocktail, with coconut rum, white rum, sweet and sour mix, pineapple juice, Sprite® soda and sugar. Ideally served in a collins glass. This Long drink can be found in cocktails.

What you'll need

• 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
• 1 1/2 oz white rum
• 6 oz cold sweet and sour mix
• 6 oz cold pineapple juice
• 1 splash cold Sprite® soda
• 1 tsp sugar

How to make it

Add the coconut rum, white rum and sugar to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass. Fill with equal amounts of sour mix and pineapple juice, pre-chilled. Top with Sprite, and serve.
