What you'll need

• 3-4 large cucumber slices
• 1/2 oz (15ml) simple syrup
• 1 1/2 oz (45ml) sweet and sour mix
• 1 1/2 oz (45ml) vodka
• club soda

How to make it

Muddle cucumber slices in a bowl. Mix simple syrup, sweet and sour mix, vodka and cucumbers thoroughly. Top with ice and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lemon slice, a lime slice, and serve.
