A delicious recipe for Calypso Coffee, with white rum, dark creme de cacao, coffee, whipped cream, amaretto almond liqueur and sugar. Ideally served in a irish coffee cup. This Coffee drink can be found in coffee / tea.

What you'll need

  • 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 5 oz coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
  • 1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur
  • 1 tsp sugar



How to make it

Pour coffee, rum and cacao into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, add amaretto, and serve.
